Our process
We draw on a human-centred design process that moves projects forward nimbly and transparently. We like to ask key questions like ‘how might we?’ and ‘what if?’ to stimulate blue-sky thinking and really explore the range of possibilities.
We also work with existing audience research and data to help define project parameters. Ongoing testing and evaluation ensures that our strategies are built on insights, not assumptions.
We work with museums, galleries, community/creative partners, architects and design studios.
Through audience-focused, iterative workshops we develop:
Audience manifestos
Stories of change
Evaluation, research and development (R&D) frameworks
Feasibility studies
Interpretative, co-creation and research plans, strategies and briefs
Material for NLHF proposals
Oral histories
Content plans and scripts
